Oakwood Direct Membership Terms

1. Discount Codes
   Your 10% off code cannot be combined with any other offers or discount codes.

2. Cooling-Off Period
   You have 14 days to change your mind after signing up for a membership — unless you place an order during that time. The welcome bonus points will be deducted from the account.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription
   You can cancel your membership anytime through your account page.
   Even after cancelling, you’ll continue to enjoy your membership benefits until your current term ends.

4. Using Your Membership Benefits
   Membership benefits are just for you and can’t be shared or transferred to someone else.
   Benefits start from the date you join and can’t be applied to past purchases.

5. Updates and Changes
   We may update or change membership benefits from time to time.
   We may also change membership pricing or terms, but don’t worry — we’ll always let you know at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect.

6. Eligibility
   Our memberships are designed for personal shoppers only and are not offered to trade or business customers.
